MEET THE TEAM

WHO ARE WE?

Northern Power is a family owned electric utility construction business with a central office in southern New Hampshire and work locations across the Northeast and beyond.  We are a woman-owned and journeyman lineman run business, drawing on decades of experience in the utility industry to provide safe, high-quality solutions for all aspects of utility construction.  We highly value relationships with others and we commit to integrity, sincerity, and safety as the driving forces of all decisions.

The Northern Power vision is for utilities across the United States to consider us a valuable partner in the construction, maintenance, and repair of power infrastructure, and for the IBEW to view us as a champion for the development of a safe and consistent workforce.

The Northern Power team is committed to the following core covenants that we feel exemplify our Christian values:

  • Every interaction with clients, business partners, and even competitors, will be sincere.

  • All decisions will be made with integrity.

  • The safety of our employees will be prioritized over saving time or money.

  •  Employees will feel valued as crucial members of the Northern Power family.

Now this is our boast: Our conscience testifies that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially in our relations with you, with integrity and godly sincerity.  We have done so, relying not on worldly wisdom but on God's grace.
