Carolyn Cormier is an organizational leader who has worked in a variety of senior leadership roles for the past eight years.  Her career as a public school leader and Director of Teacher Preparation at the University of New Hampshire's College of Professional Studies has afforded her experience in organizational leadership, instructional design and training delivery, technology integration, and employee supervision and evaluation.  Carolyn is excited to apply these skills in support of the culture and leadership operations at Northern Power.  She believes that organizational success is realized through a foundation of strong moral and ethical values complemented by high quality leadership and an excellent workplace culture that promotes a strong sense of community.  She recognizes that employees bring unique backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets to the job, and that faith and family are integral components to their personal contentment and, ultimately, their workplace productivity.

Jared is a Journeyman Lineman by trade who has a passion for safety, leadership, and teamwork. Throughout his career he has had the privilege of leading teams on both the East & West Coast. He is experienced in transmission, distribution, substation, & renewables construction. Jared's love for the industry inspired him to start his own business. His dream is to build a business that employees desire to work for, clients want to partner with, and the industry recognizes as a high quality, professional, and charitable company.

Paul has been working in the utility industry since March of 1997. He spent 6 years working at ConectivEnergy’s power plants. He moved through the progression at an accelerated rate and was upgraded to Lead Maintenance Operator after only 6 months in his position. As Leads Maintenance Operator, Paul was responsible for all maintenance and operation of the 1100 MW facility including a crew of four.
Paul was very active in the union and served as a union shop steward throughout his career as a
member of the I.B.E.W. When the opportunity arose, Paul was nominated to run for election to a position on the union executive board. He was successfully elected by the membership and served a 3-year term. Three years later, at the age of 32, Paul became the youngest Business Manager in the history of IBEW Local 1238 working full-time for the union and managing five labor agreements and 1000 members. Paul served as lead chair in negotiations and managed through layoffs, plant sales,
refinery closures and drastic benefit reductions.
At age 38, Paul was offered a position with Pepco Holdings Inc. working in Labor Relations/HR. He was
responsible for negotiations with the company’s 4 unions as well as the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and investigations. After serving 3 years in his Labor Relations and Human Resources role, Paul returned to his roots and
accepted a position as a Construction Project Manager for Delmarva Power. This led to Paul exploring opportunities outside the company as a senior project manager where Paul worked for multiple companies and managed large-scale transmission, distribution, and substation projects. Paul has been working actively in the utility construction and project management fields for the past 12 years.
Paul has experience that few others possess. He has negotiated from the union and company sides of
the table. He has held influential positions in power generation, utility construction, business
development, and project management.​
